SheaMoisture Raw Shea Butter Restorative Conditioner

Standard

I love this product!! Like the Aphoghee restorative hair treatments, this product also makes my top ten list. One of the great things about this conditioner is that it can be used as a conditioner (while you’re in the shower), mixed in with any deep conditioner, or used as a leave in conditioner. It really is just THAT good!

INGREDIENTS

Deionized Water , Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) , Argan Oil , Coconut Oil , Behentrimonium Chloride , Essential Oil Blend , Vegetable Glycerin , Emulsifying Wax , Sea Kelp Extract , Panthenol (Vitamin B-5) , Avocado Oil , Tocopherol (Vitamin E) , Daucus Carota Sativa Seed Oil (Carrot)

The key ingredients in this product are the sea kelp, argan oil and shea butter. The sea kelp is this product is meant to seal and smooth the hairs cuticle. The argan oil is mean to restore shine while helping promote hair elasticity and the shea butter is meant to deeply moisturize while conditioning hair and scalp. All of this is stated on the labeling and this product truly delivers on all of these things!

HOW I USE IT

I like to incorporate this conditioner into my DIY leave in conditioners/sealants! It really helps to lock in moisture into my hair, especially my ends. I also like to mix this in with a DIY deep conditioner and sometimes I stick to the basics and use it after I shampoo my hair with the accompanying SheaMoisture Raw Shea Butter Moisture Retention shampoo.

When using as a conditioner, the label states to work the conditioner through hair from roots to ends, leaving on for 3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. for deeper conditioning, you can also leave on up to 15 minutes. Whichever you choose, you won’t be disapointed! This product smells great and has a lot of slip which is perfect for detangling! I purchased this product from Walgreens for $10 for 13 fl oz. Great value for a great product!
